Lloyd’s has agreed to requests from the Directors of
1/ Energex International Insurance Brokers Ltd - ENX/0494
and
2/ Goss and Company (Insurance Brokers) Ltd - GOS/1071
to remove the names of their respective companies from the Register of Lloyd’s Brokers with effect from 1 January 2007.
Both companies will continue to service existing commitments and accordingly each has been appointed as an Approved Run-Off Broker but only in respect of business originally placed by the companies when they were Lloyd’s Brokers. If you would like more information, their contact details are:
This bulletin also advises the market of a correction to the pseudonym of JIS (Chile) Ltd, given in a Market Bulletin reference number Y3905 on 17 November 2006 as 1810/DKF. This should have read 1810/DFK. Please amend your records accordingly.
