Consistent with the criteria set out in Auction Rule 4(3)(c)(i), Syndicate 386 will be entered into the forthcoming Auction 4. The trigger point for inclusion is defined as:
“the indicative risk based capital ratio for the syndicate (as output by the Risk Based Capital modelling software, adjusted for syndicate Individual Capital Adequacy (ICA) submissions) has increased by 10% or more between 6 August and 22 October 2009”.
This has arisen following a revision to the syndicate’s investment assumptions.
