Fourth Auction Announcement
Novae Syndicates Limited, the managing agent of Syndicate 2007 (“the Syndicate”) expects to reach agreement in principle with each of the unaligned members of the Syndicate for the acquisition of 100% of their 2009 capacity. Accordingly, it is now unlikely that any of the Syndicate’s capacity will be traded in the fourth auction.
