Who we're looking for

 

Broadly speaking, we’re looking for people with the potential to be one of our future graduate intake (and ultimately, you might say, one of the leading lights in the industry). That means we’ll be looking for much the same qualities as we do in our graduate candidates. Briefly, that covers:

  • Academic excellence

     

    You’ll be predicted to receive at least a 2:1 (or equivalent) in any degree subject.

  • Ambition

     

    You’re keen to learn, develop and make an impact. You’ll come with an open mind and a thirst for learning.

  • Analysis and creativity

     

    You’ll need to be both sharply numerate and imaginative in your thinking.

  • Communication

     

    You’ll be able to get across complex matters in a lucid way, be sensitive to people’s differing styles, and be able to articulate your thinking persuasively.

  • Enthusiasm

     

    We’re looking for people who are excited and intrigued by our organisation, and the opportunities on offer.

  • Flexibility

     

    Success here depends on being several steps ahead, so you will need to be able to adapt.  Ownership  There’s a rich variety of opportunities to take advantage of: we’ll be looking for those who’ll benefit most from them.

 

 


A few last things to mention: if you’re an international student, we do ask that you have a visa that remains valid after graduation. Please also note that this programme is only open to students in the penultimate year of their degree.
