From the day you start, you’ll have the benefit of a specially-assigned ‘buddy’, who’ll show you the ropes and make sure you settle in. You’ll also have the support of your line manager and one of the HR team, both of whom will be more than happy to answer any questions and point you in the right direction.
During your internship, you’ll receive a full induction, technical and behavioural training that will give you an introduction to the insurance industry and acquire some highly transferable skills, such as developing your presence and impact. There’s also, of course, much you can learn on-the-job from the experts in your team.
