Potential is what we’ll hire you for. And we’re not about to let it go to waste once you join. We have designed the learning and development here to enable each one of you to gain a broad range of skills, through a variety of methods – internal and external courses, group learning and briefings and on-the-job development.

Team building, financial awareness and personal effectiveness will be cornerstones of your development. After all, this is an organisation founded on face-to-face contact. For that reason also, we’ll work hard to develop your ability to communicate, influence and present to a variety of people, right up to your most senior colleagues.

Furthermore, because of the complex nature of our business, we will show you how to manage projects, increase your commercial awareness and make a direct impact on the area in which you’re working.

We firmly believe in tailoring development for individual needs rather than a ‘one size fits all’ approach. So, when you arrive, we will develop an individually tailored development plan, reflecting your individual strengths, as well as the business area you are working in.
