At the end of eighteen months on the generalist graduate programme, you’ll have built up a comprehensive view of Lloyd’s, and have a range of unique experiences under your belt. You’ll also have developed a good sense of which aspects of Lloyd’s you find most interesting and stimulating, and of the direction you’d like your career to progress.
You may like to return to an area where you undertook a placement, or somewhere entirely new; the raft of transferable skills and well-rounded experience you’ll have gained will allow you to move in many different directions.
We’ll work with you to pinpoint and pursue the opportunities that interest you. Generally speaking, however, you can expect to be operating as an established analyst or executive in the Corporation. Should you choose to join the market, meanwhile, one option may be to become an associate underwriter.
Because Lloyd’s is such a varied organisation, there’s no need to follow a linear path further into the future. Check out some of our current vacancies to discover what kind of roles might be on offer to you at the end of the graduate programme.
