The vision for Lloyd’s is to be the platform of choice for insurance and reinsurance buyers and sellers to access and trade specialist property and casualty risks.
Strategic Plan
This year Lloyd’s Strategic Plan includes a rolling Three-Year Plan, reviewed and tested on an annual basis, and our annual Franchise Business Plan, detailing activities for the year in support of the strategy.
The combined document provides a more coherent and complete summary of the major activities to deliver Lloyd’s strategic vision. It highlights the major priorities for the next three years, with particular emphasis on activities in 2009.
