Luke Savage, Director, Finance,Risk Management and Operations
Luke Savage was appointed Finance Director in September 2004 and is responsible for Finance, Risk Management, and Operations.

He is also an executive member of Lloyd’s Franchise Board.

Since joining Lloyd’s, key projects undertaken include overseeing a complete change in the capital framework of the market, Lloyd’s first ever foray into debt capital markets and a credit rating upgrade.

Previously Luke worked in banking for 17 years, spending time at Lloyds Bank, Morgan Stanley and, most recently, at Deutsche Bank as the Global CFO for its Equity business.

Luke graduated in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Imperial College, University of London and holds the ACA accountancy qualification. He is married with two children.
