Ewen Gilmour
Ewen Gilmour is a chartered accountant and has worked in the Lloyd’s market for 13 years. He was the former Chief Executive of Chaucer Holdings plc and Chaucer Syndicates Limited. He is currently a non-executive director of Antares Underwriting Sevices Limited, Hampden Agencies Limited, Shelbourne Syndicate Services Limited and Xchanging Insurance Services Group of companies. Formerly a corporate financier with Charterhouse Bank from 1980 to 1993, becoming a director in 1987, he joined the Corporation of Lloyd’s to help facilitate the introduction of corporate capital to the Lloyd’s market in 1993. He is a former Chairman of the Lloyd's Market Association Market Processes Committee.
Andreas Prindl
Andreas Prindl is a former Chairman of Nomura Bank International, which he set up for Nomura Securities in 1986. Before that he spent 20 years with Morgan Guaranty, acting as General Manager Japan and as CEO of its joint venture Saudi International Bank. He has been President of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and of the Association of Corporate Treasurers, and the first Chairman of the Banking Industry Training and Development Council. For his contributions to financial services education, he was appointed CBE in 2001. He is Pastmaster of the Worshipful Company of Musicians, a Governor of the Yehudi Menuhin School and a trustee of the new music in prisons charity Good Vibrations.
Graham White
Graham White has worked in the Lloyd's market since 1968, having graduated from Cambridge. He subsequently did an MBA at Cranfield, and has been a reinsurance broker, company secretary, and members' and managing agent. In addition, he has held a number of non-executive directorships both within and outside the Lloyd's market, and has also served on a number of committees and working parties. He is Deputy Chairman of Argenta Syndicate Management Ltd.
