Operations
Kevin Reeves is Head of Operations.
The Operations team is responsible for the provision of operational support to the International Representatives Network outside of North America and Canada. This includes supporting the implementation of new office models; implementing a new framework for reps visits to London; supporting new country entries (Brazil, Middle East, India); and coordinating roll-out of the “Single Global Corporation” project.
Business Development
Matthew Chandler is Head of Business Development.
The business development team is responsible for supporting Lloyd’s business development around the world. This involves working with Lloyd’s Regional Managers (in Europe, Australia / Singapore, India / the Middle East, China and Japan) to promote and develop profitable underwriting opportunities for Lloyd’s in these regions; establishing Lloyd’s presence in new territories; and working with managing agents to identify new territories to seek licenses for Lloyd’s and identifying opportunities within existing markets.
The Market Intelligence team is part of the Business development team. Filip Wuebbeler and his team are responsible for performing country / market research and analysis within Business Development.
