The Open Years Management team is headed by Steve McCann. The team is responsible for the oversight and supervision of managing agents and service providers to run-off syndicates i.e. those open beyond the usual three year closure date. Maintaining Lloyd's brand and minimising the cost to capital providers are key drivers, together with the development and execution of syndicate closure plans.
