Credit Control

Credit Control is headed by Peter Montanaro. The team is responsible for the analysis of the reinsurance asset by syndicate, providing assistance with collection negotiations and reviewing the adequacy of bad debt and key performance indicators. The team also works with brokers and managing agents to release trapped premiums and improve credit control processes.
