Claims

Claims is headed by Kent Chaplin. The team is responsible for the implementation of the franchise claims strategy of which the key components are establishing a claims management framework of best practice guidelines and delivery of an enhanced claims agreement process for the Lloyd’s subscription market supported by the appropriate regulatory framework. In addition the team supports market co-ordination of significant losses to ensure an enhanced claims service to policyholders when appropriate.
