Human Resources

Human Resources is headed by Suzy Black. It is responsible for providing a range of HR services to ensure that the Corporation gets the best from its people and defines its objectives cost effectively. It also supports managing agents in maintaining and raising professional standards throughout the Market.

Human ResourcesĀ is made up of the following teams:

HR Account Executive
Headed by: Simon Cain
Responsibility: Responsible for recruitment, selection and employee relations. Its goal is to attract people who combine a high level of professional ability with a commercial and pragmatic approach to problem solving. Also works with client business areas in implementing HR policies to help achieve their business objectives within the Corporation.

Learning and Development
Headed by: Clare Hallinan
Responsibility: Provides a wide range of learning and development services for Corporation employees.

Pensions
Headed by: Fred Martin
Responsibility: Administers the Lloyd's Pension Scheme on behalf of the Trustees.

HR Service Centre
Headed by: Jonathan Richardson
Responsibility: Responsible for HR administration and data transactions, management information and reporting; HR communications; reward and benefit planning and administration. Also responsible for specifying, developing, implementing and maintaining HR and related systems.
