Responsibility: Publication, roll-out and advocacy of Lloyd's strategy (specifically its Three-Year Plan) and working to ensure that the strategy is embedded in the Corporation's culture, systems and processes.
Business Planning
Headed by: Andrew Thomas
Responsibility: Supporting governance and delivery by tracking and reporting to the Executive Team, the Franchise Board and the Council on the implementation of the Three-Year and Annual Plans. It is also responsible for the production of key management information to the same bodies and for the Corporation's directorate level business planning process.
Council Secretariat
Headed by: Gavin Steele
Responsibility: Supporting the Council, the Franchise Board and the majority of their committees, and the Executive Team.
Marketing
Headed by: Zoe Willment and Nileema Allerston
Responsibility: To develop and protect the Lloyd's brand in all its markets and with all its customer groups. Day to day responsibilities include brand communications,
brand development and protection, market research and publications.
