What do I need to do?
Check that you meet the following selection criteria:
Role level 1 or 2 (or equivalent in Market firms).At least 1 year’s service.You must have attained a minimum 3/2 performance rating in your last performance review or equivalent from the marketComplete an application/self-assessment form with contents appropriate for the standards required.Be sponsored by a member of the Executive Team or Leadership Management Team or the equivalent in market firms.

Initially speak to your manager to register your interest in attending the programme

Costs for managing agents
No charge to Managing agents if it is their first participant.
£5,000 charge per head for Managing agents who have already utilised this programme.
£750 charge per head for the inter-modular 1:1 coaching sessions (optional)
