Lloyd's - valuing its people.
In recognition of the value Lloyd’s places on its staff policies covering recruitment; remuneration; work/life balance; equal opportunities; diversity; flexible working practices; training and development, communications; health and safety; physical and job security and grievances have been updated.

Lloyd’s also recognises the need to attract and retain the best talent and diversity is an integral part of this. Work led by the Diversity Steering Group has allowed discussion forums with employees and the setting up of a dedicated area on the intranet. Computer based training on ‘Diversity at Work’ is undertaken by all new employees.
