Investing in intellectual capital

Established in 1988, Lloyd’s Tercentenary Foundation is a charitable trust which provides funding for medical, scientific, technical and business related research and education.

Graduation
Providing funding for research.

Over the past twenty years the Foundation’s annual income has been used to provide essential financial support to a small number of top flight research Fellows at the immediate post-doctoral stage of their careers.

After having enjoyed a fruitful four-year partnership with the Royal Commission for the Exhibition of 1851, Lloyd’s Tercentenary Foundation will be moving in a new direction in 2009 to support research teams working on specified projects.  New individual fellowships are not therefore currently being offered.

Further information on the new direction of Lloyd's Tercentenary Foundation will be available later in the year.
