What makes Lloyd’s different? What’s so special about working here? These are questions that can be answered to some extent simply by walking through our doors: traces of our history are evident wherever you look, and the energy and enthusiasm with which we go about our business immediately hits you.  

However, there’s more to us than what you see, hear and feel. Deep down, Lloyd’s has many strong views and values that have shaped the way we work for over 300 years. To this day, we champion many important, pressing and worthy causes – and we encourage our people to do the same.
