What is the starting salary for graduates?
Your starting salary will be £26,000. After that it will increase by a further £1,000 every six months through the acheme, following successful completion of your placements. After the final placement, a £2,000 increase will be awarded. So, by the time you’ve completed the graduate scheme, your salary should be £30,000. When are salaries reviewed? Salaries are reviewed every six months during the scheme (depending, of course, on how well you perform against the objectives we set you at the beginning of each placement).
